Travel Tips
1. Book rental cars early.
6-8 weeks before conference
- Entire island sells out in summer
2. Land transportation options
- Flat rate cabs are $22.50 from the airport
- Walk or short cab to most sites from the hotel
-Bus provided to boat tour
3. Travel time
- Anywhere West of Toronto will require will require an overnight stay on Saturday for return on Sunday. Book your hotel appropriately.
- Flights can get delayed by fog (uncommon)
4. Clothing
- Plan for both sun and rain.
- Comfortable clothes for the boat tour.
Include light gloves and wind resistant jacket.
